The company owns and operates one 24-hour Anytime Fitness franchise in Perth. Our club is fitted with state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment and staffed by experienced personal trainers, delivering a premium, member-focused fitness experience around the clock. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to manage the full contract lifecycle for our club’s day-to-day operations. This role is essential to ensuring that all supplier, maintenance, and service agreements support the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operation of a 24-hour fitness facility. Key responsibilities 1.Manage end-to-end contracts across all operational areas, including supplier agreements, fit-out and maintenance contracts, equipment purchases, software licences, and group or franchisor-level service-level agreements that apply to our site. 2.Maintain a live contract register covering both corporate and franchisee-facing agreements, including key dates, insurance certificates, variation caps, and renewal alerts. 3.Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to track equipment uptime, repair SLAs, hygiene standards, and environmental commitments; escalate issues when vendors underperform. 4.Provide timely contract-related support to club management and local vendors during negotiations for cleaning, maintenance, or promotional services, ensuring compliance with Anytime Fitness brand standards and Australian legal requirements. 5.Draft and manage SaaS and data-processing addenda for new apps, wearable integrations, or biometric rollouts, ensuring compliance with Australian privacy law and franchisee-ready implementation. 6.Drive continuous improvement through smarter templates, e-signature workflows, and spend-reporting systems to support operational efficiency as our club’s operating footprint grows. Essential requirements 3 years administering contracts in retail, franchise or multi-site operations (fitness, hospitality or healthcare a plus).Solid grasp of Australian retail-leasing practice, standard supply-chain terms and franchise-compliance risks. Advanced Excel; experience with Aconex, Procore or similar project/contract platforms. Communication skills that let you translate legal jargon into plain English for non-legal stakeholders—and vice versa.
