We are working with a premier property investment and asset management firm that’s seeking an Administration Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations in a professional corporate environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a range of general administrative tasks to support office operations Reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms Maintain a cleanly and organised work environment for all staff members As required order office supplies such as stationary, grocery items and staff coffees Provide general support to the wider team as needed CRITERIA: A high-level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
