Lendlease Construction WA have a long-term opportunity a Site Administrator now available to join a strong team in Perth on long-term construction project South of the River. As a Site Administrator for this project, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in processing expenses, invoices, and subcontractor payments, supporting the Commercial team with financial administration and reporting, as well as record management, document control, and data entry. To be successful you will need: To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application. Effective time management and organisational skills. Experience in financial administration. The ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups, both internal and external. The ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner. A positive, and "can do" attitude, plus a desire to learn and progress in this role. Experience working with computers, including Microsoft Applications. Experience with Oracle (or other financial administration software will be highly regarded). While not essential, it would be beneficial to have a valid driver’s licence and transport due to the project location.
