As a Corporate Services Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of activity in our Client's Perth state headquarters. In this role, you will be the autonomous driving force behind exceptional outcomes, creating seamless and memorable experiences for our visitors and occupants while delivering impactful results across daily operations and project work. Additionally, you will support local business groups, championing their workplace objectives and ensuring our Client’s service points are delivered efficiently. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to – Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our brand and culture. Uphold operational excellence for client and visitor experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all reception and workplace touch points. Effortlessly and accurately administer the client area, reception, and general workplace tasks, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas. Maintain a physical presence in the workplace through regular physical activity, as you thrive in an active, hands-on work environment. Drive the Corporate Services mission to success through discipline, focus, and professionalism, contributing to the realisation of our client’s vision independently.
