People Services sits within the AFP's People Command and provides people-related services to enable operational readiness. Within the People Services remit is Industrial Relations, Performance Management, People Policy, Executive Services, People Centre and Workplace Issues and Complaints Resolution. People Services aims to deliver a positive and holistic customer experience to ensure the AFP is a step ahead. As a Team Leader in the AFP, you will play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives and talents of each individual. Consistent with the AFP values, AFP leadership philosophy, organisational reform agendas, AFP corporate business plans and your Performance Development Agreement, the expectation is that you will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position.
