Type: Full Time or Part time (Minimum 3 days/week) Salary: $94-103k Super NFP Benefits Location: Canberra The Client: Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a NFP organisation in the ACT to assist with the recruitment of a permanent Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner on a full or part time basis - 3 days/week minimum. The Role: As the successful candidate your role will be to provide Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) in compliance with all relevant legislation and procedures. You will facilitate parenting and property mediations as required and work with a child-focused, trauma-informed, and FDV-informed lens to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and families in all interactions. You will conduct FDR services both face-to-face and online, using organisationally provided secure platforms, and conduct comprehensive suitability and risk assessments and formulate safety plans, particularly in cases involving family and domestic violence, in all settings. The Successful Candidate: In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following: Registration as an FDRP with the Attorney General's Department Demonstrated experience in mediation and conflict resolution Knowledge of family and domestic violence, crisis intervention models, trauma-responsive work, grief and loss in the context of family separation, and child development Experience managing high-conflict parenting and property matters Further Info: In return you will be offered a salary between $94-103k Super NFP salary packaging benefits.
