About the Role We’re seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–15 high-performing BDMs for one of Australia’s leading Ricoh resellers. This is an opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with a strong background in enterprise-level printer or technology sales to step into a hands-on, performance-driven environment. You’ll inspire, mentor, and drive a competitive sales team focused purely on new business acquisition.
