We are seeking a volunteer social visitor for an elder that lives at home at Pagewood and speaks fluent Farsi and English. She is not as socially active and connected to her community as she once was , but as an elder like to chat and connect with people. Where: it is a home visit in Pagewood, so if you live or work near Pagewood or maybe go to UNSW, this connection could be ideal for you. Buses stop nearby. When: if you could spare an hour or a fortnight to visit and chat with our lovely client, she and her family would be very appreciative. There is flexibility to visit at a time that suits you both.
