What You'll Be Doing Customer care: Manage and resolve support queries quickly and effectively. Relationship building: Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and long-term satisfaction. Product expertise: Become a subject-matter expert on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles. What We're Looking For Degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA desirable). Strong grasp of accounting principles and an understanding of how accounting firms operate. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving ability. Tech-savvy with experience using SaaS platforms, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk). Ideally, 2 years in a customer success or similar client-facing role.
