Opportunity to join a ASX 100 property business as a Financial Accountant and play an instrumental role within their close-knit highly collaborative team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and take ownership of the audit process. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful analysis for stakeholders Own the month-end and year-end close processes, delivering results to a high standard and within deadlines Lead the external audit process, coordinating audit requests and maintaining strong relationships with auditors Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities Collaborate with the wider finance team to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes and improve financial models Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and strengthen financial controls Partner with operational and finance stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team About you: CPA/CA qualification or close to completion 3 years total experience in financial accounting, preferably within the property/funds management space Confident in stakeholder management If this sounds like the role for you, click APPLY NOW or email ben.wahl@perigongroup.com.au or call on 02 9775 5907 for further information.
