Under the limited direction of the Senior Director, the Senior Application Administrator has responsibility for ensuring that the UKG Pro Workforce Management system operates across ACT Government to the highest professional and ethical standard. The role will work closely with another Senior Officer to support and continuously upskill a larger team for the benefit of the staff deliver high quality workforce management outcomes to business areas. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Extensive experience in the support and administration of either a Kronos or UKG Pro Time and Attendance system. SQL scripting skills are essential. Technical specialism, release and deployment, database administrations skills and qualifications. Ability to design and implement technical solutions to improve business processes. Ability to impart expert knowledge using UKG Pro/Kronos to enhance team capacity. Team leadership and management skills.
