About the role As Assistant Director, Projects, you will: Lead and deliver complex projects from planning through to implementation. Manage competing priorities and deadlines using structured planning and sound judgement. Operate within governance frameworks, providing timely advice and escalating issues appropriately. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to achieve positive outcomes. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice in project delivery. What we’re looking for A proactive leader who can balance strategic and operational demands. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, and works both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Eligibility/Other requirements: Qualifications or experience in projects, procurement or policy will be highly regarded. ACT NoWaste operates under hybrid working conditions. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the Dickson Office one to two days per week and as required.
