One of Australia's largest law firms, with more than 1000 staff nationally, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Clerk to join their Melbourne CBD office. This full-time, in-office opportunity sits within the Business Services team of this award-winning law firm and plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the firm’s largest office (home to almost 500 people!). You’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities, included but not limited to: overseeing building maintenance and service requests coordinating with the IT team for new starters to the firm office desk relocations assisting with event set ups and coordination managing security passes for visitors meeting room organisation managing office supplies, and so much more This is a busy and varied role where you will manage competing priorities on a daily basis, liaising with lawyers, legal support staff, and management to coordinate and action their facilities requests. As such, professionalism, high level organisation and proven experience in facilities management within a professional services environment will be essential to your success. You'll be working closely with the firm's Facilities Manager, who leads with a supportive and approachable style, ensuring you’re set up for success from day one.
