With a strong pipeline of large-scale, technically complex projects underway, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Data Centre project team. Working closely with our Project Managers and Delivery teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of project documentation, permits, and compliance submissions. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where attention to detail, organisation, and clear communication are key. You’ll be part of a driven, supportive team passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining Kapitol’s reputation for excellence. You will embody an Inspirational approach to work. What you’ll do: Prepare, coordinate, and submit permissions work, access permits, and related documentation for live environments. Liaise between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure submissions are accurate and on time. Assist in compiling construction submissions and tracking key deliverables. Maintain project records, documentation, and compliance registers. Support project managers in monitoring costs, budgets, and reporting. Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners. What you’ll bring: You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving construction environment. You bring strong administrative and coordination skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively across all levels of a project team. Previous experience in a construction or engineering project environment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Sound understanding of project documentation, compliance, and systems.
