This entry-level role is perfect for someone starting their career in recruitment, HR, or administration and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will support our consultants and clients by assisting with recruitment coordination, candidate communications, and scribing/transcription projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain critical insights into the HR and recruitment industry, work directly with government clients, and learn from senior executives and industry leaders, including former government officials. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job boards and databases. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and clients. Support scribing and transcription projects by organising notes and documents. Maintain and update candidate records in our CRM. Help prepare reports, summaries, and compliance documentation. Provide general administrative support to the onpoint 365 team. About You You are enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn.
