The Justice and Community Safety Directorate is seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to fill the role of Assistant Directorate Liaison Officer (DLO) within the Ministerial Services Unit (MSU). This is a rewarding and fast-paced role supporting the Directorate’s engagement with Ministerial Offices, particularly within the Attorney-General portfolio. The Assistant DLO plays a key role in facilitating communication and workflow between the Directorate and Minister’s Offices, and provides critical administrative support. The Assistant DLO will have direct responsibility for managing ministerial correspondence, including allocation, drafting, tracking and reporting. The role works closely with the Attorney-General DLO and Senior Director, MSU to ensure timely and accurate responses to Ministerial requests within the government business landscape. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
