As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the oversight and management of the delivery of large projects (single project with >$50M contract value or multiple smaller projects with combined contract value of >$50M). Reporting into the Delivery Manager you will: Manage project/s performance, budgeting and periodic forecasting Manage resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage the delivery of project Monitor and report on work-in-progress (WIP) Take responsibility for project milestone delivery Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders Define and document project scope and resource requirements Define and manage priorities against the available capacity of team members Set timelines for deliverables and encouraging regular iteration on deliverables Facilitate and lead regular meetings Document, manage and report risks. Be part of the solution As a Senior Project Manager, you will possess Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and anticipate future outcomes and align the goals of their division/function with the long-term vision. Financial Acumen: Understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and be able to make data-driven decisions to optimise profitability. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements A comprehensive understanding of the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) is required to effectively manage the Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management of projects.
