SLH are working with a well known manufacturer based on the Central Coast who have multiple vacancies for Labourers & Forklift Operators. Overtime available on weekend (not compulsory): Afternoon Shift: 3pm to 12am You will be responsible for but not limited to: Use of hand and power tools such as sledge hammer, drills etc Concrete patching and repairs Preparation of molds and forms, including cleaning, assembling, oiling, and setting reinforcement cages or steel mesh. Operation of forklifts - using tynes, clamps and turntables (for forklift operators) Support other yard activities such as stacking, labelling and general hour keeping Meet daily production targets What you need to succeed: Experience in a manufacturing, precast concrete, or construction environment (preferred but not always essential) Ability to safely handle heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to work in a team environment and follow supervisor instructions effectively. Ability to use hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes or machinery. Additional requirements for forklift operators: Valid forklift licence (LF) – experience operating forklifts with tynes, slippers, or clamps.
