With our new contract in the Central Coast region, we’re building a bigger, stronger team to support the young people aged 11–18 in Out of Home Care. These are permanent part-time roles on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with rosters provided two weeks in advance. What We’re Looking For: Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enroll). Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs. Understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches. Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service. NSW Driver’s Licence and own car is a must for this role. Why CatholicCare?
