Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced People and Culture professional to join a high-performing HR team within a forward-thinking organisation. This temporary opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a range of people projects while providing high-quality HR advice and support across the business. Rate: Circa $67–$77 per hour super Location: Brisbane, CBD Contract Length: 5 months with possible extension In this role, you will: Deliver generalist HR advice across areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Support and coordinate people-related projects and initiatives including onboarding, workforce planning, and policy improvement. Manage and resolve employee matters through proactive case management and coaching. Contribute to the design and implementation of HR frameworks, policies, and processes that enhance organisational capability and culture. Partner with leaders to build people capability and deliver best-practice HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives. About You: You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach. Demonstrated experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within a complex organisation. Sound knowledge of HR frameworks, policy, and employment legislation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering outcomes that make a difference. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
