Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple home builds from slab to handover. Coordinate trades, materials, and suppliers to maintain workflow and timelines. Ensure all homes meet quality, safety, and presentation standards . Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates . Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client expectations . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams . About You Proven experience supervising single and double-storey residential builds in WA. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and compliance . Highly organised with strong communication and leadership skills . Capable of managing multiple sites efficiently and proactively. Valid WA driver’s licence and full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $120K base salary Super Performance Bonuses .
