This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard — while mentoring their team and driving results on site. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site activities from early works to handover . Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations . Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards . Collaborate closely with Project Managers, consultants, and key stakeholders . Lead and develop site teams , promoting safety and performance excellence. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects $5M . Solid understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and delivery . Strong knowledge of WA building codes and WHS regulations . Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills . Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $150K–$160K Super , depending on experience. South of River project location – avoid long commutes.
