This is a key opportunity to take charge of a flagship project from early stages through to completion, working alongside a highly skilled leadership team with proven systems and a strong project pipeline across WA’s commercial and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of a large-scale project from design through delivery . Oversee budget control, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor management . Maintain high standards in safety, quality, and compliance . Lead and mentor project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders . Ensure commercial outcomes through proactive risk and cost management. About You Proven experience managing projects valued $20M–$50M . Experience in retirement living, aged care, or mixed-use developments highly regarded. Skilled in program management, contract administration, and financial control . Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
