The Opportunity We’re seeking an Experienced HSE Advisor to join our latest project at West Angeles. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and positive work environments across major mining and civil projects — including earthworks, rehabilitation and construction. This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 2:1 roster , offering up to $170,000 Super . What You’ll Do Implement, monitor and review site HSEQ Management Plans and procedures. Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and internal systems. Partner with project and site teams to drive a proactive, safety-first culture. Provide advice and support on risk management, incident reporting, and audits. Contribute to training, assessments and safety initiatives onsite. Support the continuous improvement of safety management systems. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HSE role within the mining and/or civil construction sector. FIFO experience essential; Rio Tinto site experience required. Strong working knowledge of safety systems such as MYOSH or INX. Training and Assessor experience desirable. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Diploma in Work Health & Safety and a current White Card. Full working rights in Australia (WA-based candidates only).
