Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for tenders and negotiated projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure precision. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify pricing and scopes. Collaborate with Project Managers and Directors during tender reviews. Support continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes . About You Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Estimator in commercial construction . Solid understanding of cost planning, subcontractor management, and tendering . Proven ability to manage multiple estimates while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite . Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $160K–$200K Super , depending on experience.
