You’ll lead site operations, drive results, and help shape one of Perth’s standout developments. Key Responsibilities Manage all site activities from groundworks through to completion. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules to keep the project on track. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients. Lead and mentor site teams to deliver a smooth, safe, and efficient build. About You Experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong record on commercial projects $50M . Confident leader who can communicate clearly and manage people effectively. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and WA building codes . Skilled in managing busy, complex sites with multiple trades. Based in Perth with full Australian working rights .
