The Social Media Lead supports the APAC Content Director in delivering consistent, high-quality social content across Always On and retainer accounts. This role looks after the day-to-day execution of content workflows, manages producers and creators, and ensures output is on-brief, on-brand, and on time. They are the steady hand in the work. They keep quality high, comms clear, and the engine running smoothly. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Delivery Oversee the daily production and publishing workflow for multiple Always On accounts Review concepts, scripts, edits, captions, and timelines before they go to clients Ensure content is platform-native, culturally aware, and fits the brand voice Team Leadership Mentor Social Media Producers and support them in planning, shooting, editing, and client management Give clear, constructive feedback and help unblock challenges quickly Set expectations, rhythms, and standards across the social team Client & Internal Communication Support weekly client check-ins, content reviews, and performance discussions Keep internal teams aligned across strategy, production, and post Escalate challenges early and solve collaboratively Quality Workflow Maintain a consistent level of creative and technical quality across output Help refine and uphold shared workflows, templates, calendars, and delivery systems Ensure deadlines and budgets are managed responsibly What You Bring Experience leading or mentoring a team in a social or content environment Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts formats and culture Confident reviewing creative and providing clear, actionable feedback Calm, organised, and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once Ability to build trust with both clients and creators Comfortable working at pace within an Always On rhythm
