Join a leading consumer goods organisation in Botany (Parking Onsite) as a Part-Time Payroll Officer. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend or transition to permanent, offering up to 24 hours per week with flexibility around your schedule (perfect for working parents). You will be processing for approximately 200–250 employees nationally, most being time-sheet based warehouse and factory workers. The Role Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end weekly payroll using Micropay , ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll functions. Your Duties • End-to-end weekly payroll processing using Micropay (essential) • Calculations for tax, super, STP, and payroll tax • Support with new starters and leavers • Interpretation of EBA and award-driven conditions • Maintaining payroll records, reconciliations, and reporting About You You’ll have strong end-to-end payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You’re comfortable asking questions when needed and thrive in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
