First 12 weeks: Orientation, shadowing, and gradual caseload introduction with no billables in Week 1 Months 3–5: Progress to 4 billable hours per day with continued supervision and skill development Months 6–12: Build to 5 billable hours per day, with tailored clients based on your interests and goals Participate in monthly multidisciplinary team meetings, leadership coaching, and peer development sessions Work within a newly renovated clinic with sensory spaces and your own dedicated desk, laptop, and iPhone Billable expectations increase gradually: Months 3–5: 4 hours per day Months 6–12: 5 hours per day What You’ll Bring: You’re an enthusiastic, compassionate, and curious new graduate who’s eager to make a difference.
