Your new role: As the Radiology Revenue Coordinator, you'll lead a high-performing admin team in delivering accurate billing and exceptional patient-focused service. You'll champion efficiency, data integrity, and compliance while supporting the department's continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage billing processes for radiology clinics and ensure compliance with QHealth guidelines. Supervise administrative officers, overseeing performance, training, and development. Identify process improvements, analyse data, and prepare revenue and workflow reports. Collaborate with the Office Manager to balance workloads and support effective service delivery. Participate in projects and continuous improvement activities to enhance service quality. Your skills and experience include: Strong understanding of billing, revenue management, and data analysis (Medicare knowledge highly regarded).
