The Role: Our Adelaide depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for day-to-day activities, focusing heavily on data entry, manifesting, general admin tasks, and debriefing. This is a Monday to Friday position with a shift every second Saturday; with a day off in lieu for the Saturday worked. Your main responsibilities will include: Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.
