About the Role We are looking for a motivated and passionate Project Administrator to support our Project & Infrastructure Advisory (P&IA) Team on a 12-month contract. This is a dynamic role that blends project coordination and administrative support , contributing to the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across a range of sectors. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating internal and client-facing activities and ensuring operational efficiency across the team and contributing to seamless client experience . Duties and responsibilities : Monitor workflows and flag key action items to ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking Support with induction activities for new team members Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk and governance framework s Collate bid compliance materials (e.g., insurance certificates, regulatory documentation) and format consultant CVs to ensure consistency across submissions Prepare and manage confidentiality agreements, sub-contractor contracts, client registers and other client documentation Plan and coordinate project meetings, training sessions and events Prepare, coordinate and format documentation for meetings, including meeting agendas, presentations, reports and accurate minute-taking Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant with g eneral administration (i.e., client correspondence, scanning, filing, billing, invoicing, travel ) as About You You may be looking to take the next step in your career into project coordination, bringing with you experience from a senior administrative, EA, or PA role, or from working in a project-based environment. You might also have completed project coordination or project management training and gained some practical experience that you're ready to build on . In addition, you will bring: Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of professionalism, reliability, and confidence in handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies Why BDO?
