The opportunity: Reporting to the Despatch Manager in this full-time on-site position, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Accurate and timely data entry (invoicing, vendor purchase orders etc.) Daily proof of delivery reconciliation Daily contracted supplier drivers' run sheet validation Reconcile pallet hire transfers daily and monitor pallet movements Create bookings for time slot customers, linehaul (interstate), and arrange couriers for other metropolitan areas of Sydney Being the first point of contact via telephone and email for despatch-related queries via our customer service team. Provide general administrative support to despatch team Participate in monthly stocktake and assist with data entry What you will bring to the team: General administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing/warehousing environment Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel & Outlook Strong communication skills, coupled with delivering a high level of service A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player.
