This is a high-level EA position that blends strategic partnership, coordination, and hands-on support across a dynamic and fast-paced portfolio. You’ll be working closely with a respected, people-focused leader who values collaboration, initiative, and trust. Key Responsibilities: Manage a complex calendar and competing priorities with sound judgment. Prepare, review, and format board papers, presentations, and reports with accuracy and polish. Anticipate upcoming deliverables, ensuring the GM and team are well-prepared. Streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency. Act as a trusted liaison between the GM, leadership team, and wider business. Manage communications and ensure timely follow-up on key actions. About You: 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate, professional services, or education environment. Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, anticipate needs, and stay two steps ahead. Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
