Job Description STRATEGIC SUPPORT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR Act as a strategic partner to the MD, providing high-level administrative and operational support Manage the MD’s calendar, prioritise tasks, and prepare materials for meetings Draft and review reports, presentations, and confidential documents Oversee the MD’s budget, track expenses, and provide insights for decision making Lead the Business Planning process, ensuring the Australian Leadership Team achieves all key milestones. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members Oversee office operations, budgets, and resource optimisation for efficiency Supervise the Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to ensure high service standards Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve administrative effectiveness WORKPLACE INCLUSION Oversee the company social calendar Drive initiatives that improve employee morale and engagement, creating a workplace where team members feel valued and motivated Foster an inclusive workplace culture through engagement activities Drive initiatives that celebrate cultural diversity and promote a sense of belonging among all employees CONFERENCING AND EVENTS Oversee event logistics, including seamless travel arrangements for the MD and guests Work with the MD to plan and deliver national conferences and events, managing logistics within budget Successfully manage and execute special projects in collaboration with the MD, achieving set standards and deadlines Coordinate schedules, agendas, and action items to ensure the Australian Leadership Team operates efficiently Streamline processes and implement best practices to boost the administrative team's productivity
