The centres offer childcare, Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten and Pre-Prep. About the Role The ELV Business Management team provide recruitment, payroll and workforce support to the Early Learning and Childcare Centres. Reporting to the Business Management Team Leader, the focus of this role will be on supporting our clients throughout the employee life cycle and ensuring the needs of the workforce are met seamlessly. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the business providing recruitment, talent acquisition and a wide range of workforce services. You will play a key role in workforce planning and ensuring we attract, retain and develop the right talent to support our important work. The responsibilities of the role will include: Supporting ELCCs with talent acquisition and advise on HR and staffing policies Coordinating and managing recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding Ensuring appropriate oversight and quality control in relation to HR policy and compliance in advising on recruitment and workforce matters Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures Providing advice around talent acquisition strategies to attract quality candidates in hard to staff locations.
