Job Description You'll ensures a seamless, compliant, and supportive experience for candidates and new employees, helping them integrate successfully into the organisation. Responsible for managing documentation and record-keeping, creating employment contracts, and assisting new employees through the onboarding process, the role sits within a diversely skilled team who collaborate regularly, make strategic system improvements, and assist across a variety of areas. Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met Maintain accurate and secure candidate records, contracts, and recruitment documentation in line with policy and legislation Draft and issue compliant employment contracts, ensuring approvals and signatures are completed on time Use ATS (SmartRecruiters) and HRIS (Employment Hero) tools to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping processes Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and People Services to support a smooth recruitment experience
