Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation Primary focus the maintenance and development of the Beyond Bank chatbot Upkeep and advancement voice component of our Customer Relationship Centre Working within Genesys platform and other contact centre platforms Prepare roadmap of development opportunities Conduct & document automation processes and test cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends, tools, and technologies
