Job Description As a Data Centre Solutions Architect, you play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team by engaging directly with key customers, understanding their challenges and helping to design solutions using NEXTDC's colocation, connectivity and supporting services. Your technical expertise will facilitate high-quality customer engagement including workshops, presentations, tours and proposals. As a technical expert, customers see you as a key stakeholder in their colocation, connectivity and mission critical services strategic planning. You are comfortable working with technology and business stakeholders one day and presenting to an Executive Committee the next. You have a solid understanding of each customer’s technology footprint and strategic growth plans and be able to recommend ideal solutions to technology needs by maintaining industry knowledge and covering trends including high density compute, AI, Cloud computing and data centre connectivity.
