Description We currently have an opportunity for a Facility Coordinator. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the effective delivery of office and administrative functions related to a premium commercial facility located Parkville and ensuring efficient support to the Facility Manager and Account Manager. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Day-to-day supervision of the Work-order time-lines within the responsive repairs/maintenance of the Client. Provide some supervision through daily phone liaisons with the In-House Service Teams, Contractors and Subcontractors when required. Monthly reporting and the analysis of information will need to be undertaken. Sound computer skills, specifically in Microsoft and other business specific database applications are required. Take full accountability to achieve contractual obligations around timing & communication to ensure work-orders are closed within Contract KPI’s, and ensure that all relevant paperwork and associated site files are complete, maintained and accurately fed back to the business. Take full accountability to process payroll information into the payroll system, ensuring times for employees are accurately fed into the system and maintained across the contract. What You’ll Bring Engineering/Project Management Business stream studies/qualification, preferred. Extensive experience working with and managing contracts. The ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects is critical for a project coordinator. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
