About The Role Leading Hand / Foreman for am $8m-$9m townhouse project in Bexley. Will report into the Site Manager and Project Manager. The position will suit an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter or a Foreman who is looking to gain experience of working on larger scale projects. Salary between $120k and $130k super. Duties Site management of trades and staff. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting plans and drawings. Assist with scheduling trades and material orders. Liaising with project stakeholders. WH&S. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of residential building projects that ideally include concrete structures.
