The Role Reporting to the Estimator Manager , you’ll work as part of a collaborative pre-construction team alongside two Senior Estimators. You’ll gain exposure across Hard Dollar, Cost Plus, ECI, and D&C contracts , tendering across diverse commercial sectors including education, healthcare, and industrial. You’ll manage your own tenders up to $10M while supporting larger bids up to $50M. The company’s work mix leans toward negotiated and repeat business with blue-chip private clients, providing stability and learning opportunities across complex, high-value projects.
