Implement and maintain an effective personal sales call plan, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to align with evolving market conditions and business needs. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and secure new business opportunities. Proactively promote and sell Accor products and services to existing and prospective clients. Maintain open and effective communication with the Director of Sales & Marketing, providing regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and updates on sales initiatives. Collaborate closely with Accor National Sales to leverage access to key accounts and optimise sales opportunities. Assist in developing and executing targeted sales strategies across market segments, monitoring their effectiveness and return on investment. Build and nurture strong relationships with third-party partners to enhance the hotel’s market reach and performance. Represent the hotel at key industry and trade events, ensuring a strong return on investment and brand visibility. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hotel’s sales vision, products, services, and rate structure to achieve business objectives. Maintain and grow the existing customer base by fostering long-term, value-driven relationships. Increase penetration within existing accounts to raise awareness of hotel and group offerings, maximising sales opportunities.
