We are currently seeking a Full Time Client Services team member to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for comprehensively managing and overseeing all maintenance and modification requests from start to completion across NSW, facilitating seamless communication with various stakeholders, conducting on-site meetings and inspections for quote preparation, and ensuring client satisfaction through the adherence to our high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Leading and managing all maintenance and modification requests, steering them from the initial stage to successful completion while upholding our high-quality standards. Being a proficient communicator, liaising seamlessly with tradespeople, suppliers, and various other stakeholders to streamline project execution. Delivering outstanding customer service as the primary liaison for both residential and commercial clients, addressing their concerns and needs promptly. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their changing requirements and ensuring our services continue to meet their needs Partnering closely with different internal teams to ensure efficient and successful project completions. Supervising project timelines and budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Proactively identifying and mitigating potential project obstacles, implementing swift solutions to prevent delays. Source and promptly purchase necessary parts, tools, and supplies for each task while ensuring cost efficiency Efficiently utilise our job management platform for task tracking, scheduling, reporting, with regular updates. Building and nurturing solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs deeply and striving to exceed their expectations. Collaborating with the accounts team to facilitate precise invoicing and record-keeping processes. Perform regular inspections at our commercial sites as necessary. Requirements : Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills is a MUST Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Knowledge of the facilities management, maintenance or cleaning industry, especially in both commercial and residential sectors, will be a significant asset.
