About the Role We are seeking an experienced Manager Operations (SEWB & Health Promotions) to lead the strategic and operational delivery of programs under the Health, Medical and SEWB stream. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving service integration, workforce development, and operational excellence across Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Health Promotions. You will: Provide strategic operational leadership to SEWB and Health Promotion teams. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure effective, high-quality service delivery. Strengthen systems, processes, and workforce capability. Drive continuous improvement and ensure services align with Aboriginal community priorities. Support grant writing, tenders, and program reporting. Represent EDAS in external partnerships and sector forums. About You Senior leadership experience in health, SEWB, or community services. Strong knowledge of Aboriginal health, wellbeing, and self-determination principles. Proven ability to manage complex service systems and lead multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in operational planning, workforce development, and continuous quality improvement. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-sector collaboration. Experience in grant writing, tenders, and reporting. Current NSW Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and NSW Driver’s Licence.
