About the role Direct2U Law and Conveyancing is seeking a skilled and experienced Family and Property Law Solicitor to join our growing team in Wyong, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing high-quality legal services to our clients, specialising in family and property law matters. What you'll be doing Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal maintenance and property settlements Managing a diverse caseload of family and property law matters from initial client consultation through to resolution Representing clients in court proceedings and mediations Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients What we're looking for 5 years experience working as a solicitor, with a focus on family and property law Excellent knowledge of family and property law legislation, procedures and best practices Strong negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills Exceptional communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At Direct2U Law and Conveyancing, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our team to thrive.
