An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Science Teacher to join our College community on a full time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Head of Learning – Science, this role will be responsible for teaching Science subjects, across Years 5 to 12, in a collaborative and progressive environment. To be successful in this opportunity you will require: Relevant teaching qualifications and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Demonstrated outstanding classroom teaching skills across years 5 - 12 Experience in teaching VCE and/or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) would be an advantage An interest or background in Outdoor Education and/or Sustainability will be viewed favourably Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and innovative use of ICT in the classroom to enrich learning Well-developed classroom management strategies which enhance student engagement and outcomes An active contributor to a collegial work environment Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the College Want to find out more?
