Utilise effective communication skills to form partnerships with internal and external stakeholders which enhance patient care and service delivery. Provide clinical practice supervision and mentoring of HP3 social workers, students and clinical support staff to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the social work services and multidisciplinary teams in the local facilities.
