About the work unit / facility: The Burdekin Community Mental Health Service is a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team that provides a range of community based, acute mental health services across the lifespan including adults, children and young people, older people, people who come in contact with the criminal justice system, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. (HP4) Annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing ( https://www.careers.health.qld.gov.au/working-for-us/salary-and-benefits/salary-packaging ) options may be available About your opportunity: As part of the Burdekin Community Mental Health Services multidisciplinary team, in consultation with the Team Leader, this role provides provision of advanced clinical services across the age spectrum as required, including the delivery of advanced assessment, case management and therapy services to people presenting with complex and severe mental health problems including alcohol and or drug problems. All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service. Requirements: Mandatory qualifications (Occupational Therapy or Psychology or Social Work) and proof of registration (if applicable) Possession of class C drivers' licence.
