Your new role: As the Manager, Food Services, you'll lead the delivery of safe, nutritious and high-quality meals across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service. This pivotal leadership role oversees a large team and ensures compliance, efficiency and service excellence within a complex hospital environment. In this role you will: Oversee the daily operations of Food Services, ensuring compliance with the Food Act, Food Safety Plan and quality standards. Lead and develop a large multi-site team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement. Manage operational budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with clinical and corporate partners to meet patient and organisational needs. Contribute strategically through planning, reporting, and service innovation initiatives. About you: You're an experienced and dynamic leader with a proven track record in large-scale food or hospitality operations. You bring a strong understanding of food safety standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Experience managing budgets, resources and compliance within a complex or regulated environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels. Sound knowledge of food safety systems, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety practices.
